Mmmmm! Don't these caramel apples look delish?! Well, they are! Delicious and rich and decadent. (I didn't even know caramel apples could be decadent!)
A certain fella (same one I carved pumpkins with last weekend) and I
made these scrumptious caramel apples tonight. We experimented with a
variety of toppings... vanilla chips, cinnamon chocolate chips, toffee
bits, sprinkles, and pecans.
Thank goodness he sliced 'em up! I think the third date is a little too early to get my mouth stuck on a caramel apple and finally pry it loose only to have smeared caramel all over my face and pecans lodged in my teeth. Yeah, that woulda been scary. ;)
