Valentine's Day is right around the corner. With Endless Love hitting theaters on February 14, it's the perfect excuse to get gussied up and hit the cinema for a Valentine's movie date with your guy – or a "Galentine's" movie night with your best girlfriends.
Endless Love stars Alex Pettyfer (you've seen in him Magic Mike) and Gabriella Wilde (also in The Three Muskateers). It's the story of a privileged girl (Jade) and a charismatic boy (David) whose instant desire sparks a love affair made only more reckless by parents trying to keep them apart. It's jam-packed with young love set to the tunes of a fantastic soundtrack featuring Tegan and Sara, Franz Ferdinand, The Tallest Man on Earth, and Lord Huron.

Watch the trailer to see what's coming (and where I got my outfit inspiration):
Perfect date night or gals-night-out, right? Whether you'll be snuggling up with your sweetie or sharing a box of tissues with your girls, I've put together four outfits inspired by some of Jade's lovely ensembles. While she may have worn them during her summer of love, I've warmed them up for chilly February weather.
I LOVE the red dress Jade is wearing when she comes down the staircase and when – later on – she's dancing with David. For a fancy dinner followed up with the movie, wow your date or friends with a stunning red strapless frock. Swap out summer's leather sandals for cute camel-hued flats. Cover up with a beige trench coat with adorable details like bow closures. Keep jewelry simple – some sweet heart earrings will do. And while it may be snowy outside, you can give your face a sun-kissed look with bronzer, lash-lengthening mascara, and some tasty lip balm.

Hit the movie theater and then hit the town – stealing the spotlight with spots. Inspired by Jade's red-and-white polka dotted swimsuit, this outfit features a dress with the same pretty pattern. Hit the town in eye-catching red ankle booties, warming up your legs with black tights. Keep cozy with a gray jacket. Pick Valentine's inspired jewelry like a heart ring and love necklace. And opt for a glam, classic Hollywood look with long, lush lashes and bold red lips.
As quick of a glimpse as it is, I adore Jade's casual look in the trailer. Her soft sweater, cute ponytail, and black glasses look effortlessly chic and irresistibly cozy. Layer your own comfy, nubby sweater over a soft, white lace tank – letting the strap peak out a little on your shoulder. Slip into a trusty pair of boyfriend jeans and then dress up the look just a little with pointed toe black flats. With neutral makeup and geek-chic glasses, this look is perfect for a night out at the movies followed by a homemade dinner back at your place and some cuddling (or girl talk over how studly Alex Pettyfer is).
Last but certainly not least, I'm head-over-heels for Jade's flowy pink sundress. While it's way too cold to wear such a breezy frock out in the blistery February weather here in Iowa, it was still a pinch to warm up for winter. Pair a pink shift dress with a lacy white cardigan – kept toasty under a ladylike, ivory coat. Add suede ankle booties and a simple gold necklace for a feminine touch. Give yourself a warm, blushing look with pink blush and subtle pink lips – and, of course, long and flirty lashes!
So what's your ideal date for Endless Love? Would you go with your guy or your gals? Out for dinner or a cozy night in after the film?
And most importantly... which outfit would you wear?!
