10 Ways to Use Grove's New Caddy (and how to get one for FREE!)

I'm a storage freak. Give me your wire baskets, fabric bins, and wooden crates—there's always something for me to put in it! G would probably love a nickel every time I gasp and say, "I could store something in that!"

So it's no surprise that I'm kinda sorta immensely obsessed with Grove Collaborative's new little cleaning caddy in all its shiny white glory. It's so sleek and crisp with its metal finish and pinewood handle. I seriously can't wait for mine to get here.

In the meantime, I dreamed up a few—okay, you caught me... no less than ten—ways to put this adorable and functional caddy to use.

Pssst! Grove is also offering a free caddy to new customers! Keep reading to find out how to claim yours. :)

This is how I'm going to use my caddy. My kitchen just underwent a facelift and I'm incorporating lots of neutrals along with pops of turquoise. I'm also a Mrs. Meyer's devotee. And now that the holidays are past and I've put away my apple cider and peppermint scented cleaning supplies, I'm looking forward to bringing out my trademark kitchen scent: basil. Doing dishes and wiping down the counters is going to smell (and look) oh-so-very good.

Oh, btw, yes! Mrs. Meyer's now offers hand lotion. And Grove Collaborative is the exclusive online retailer. :) My basil lotion is on its way and I can't wait to lather up my hands (and possibly arms) and smell like this basil-y goodness all day.
Confession: I don't have a gorgeous turquoise washer or dryer. But a girl can dream, right? And since I'm fantasizing, my dream laundry room would include a lean, mean, blue-green laundry machine like this—and Grove's cleaning caddy well stocked with Method's wonderfully scented clothes-washing supplies.

Perhaps one of the best uses for Grove's new caddy would be its intended use. If Mrs. Meyer's Basil is the trademark smell of my kitchen, Caldrea's Pear Blossom Agave is the signature fragrance of the rest of my house. It'd be really handy to keep their room/fabric refresher and countertop spray in a convenient caddy with some dust rags and a feather duster for quick sweeps of the house before company comes over. (...Meaning, I may have to order a second cleaning caddy.)

Or possibly a third. Because I can't get over how cute this caddy would look in our turquoise bathroom, well stocked with Acure bath, body, and beauty essentials and some pretty towels/rags.

While I'm feeling a little stingy about keeping the cleaning caddy all to myself, I have to admit that it's also the perfect foundation for a variety of different gifts.

For instance, how cute would this be for a baby shower? Just fill it with some Seventh Generation baby products, an adorable onesie, classic childhood book, and maybe a pair of too-cute-for-words turquoise baby moccasins with gold fringe.

The caddy could also come in handy as a gift for the bride and bridesmaids on bachelorette party day. Make sure it's well-stocked with beauty products for starting out the night (deodorant, facial serum, dry oil body spray) as well as for the morning after (eye make remover and toothpaste).

For a housewarming gift, wedding shower, or birthday, this caddy would make a lovely present when filled with Grove Collaborative items like their pretty glass spray bottle, lovely kitchen towels, hand cream, hand sanitizer spray, Yes to Coconut lip balm, and a fragrant soy candle.

For the friend who needs to spice up her cubicle desk or the little sister heading off to college, the caddy could corral office supplies, like gold scissors, fancy pencils, silly sticky-notes, kitschy erasers, glitzy thumb tacks, and a cute notebook or planner.

It's also ideal for perking up your favorite java drinker on their birthday or just because. Start with compostable coffee filters, then add in some coffee, coasters, and a travel mug.

Last but certainly not least, this caddy would do well for keeping track of pet supplies or as the starting point for a new-pet-owner gift. Start with eco-friendly waste bags, then throw in a fashionable collar and harness, color-coordinated leash, and nifty toy. Don't forget the doggy treats!
