Hey lovelies! I know that several of you out there do novel writing in your spare time... and NaNoWriMo every November. Since last November was absolutely crazy for me, I wasn't even close to getting to the 50K. A bit too late, I learned about Camp NaNo in April. Camp NaNo is just like NaNoWriMo, but you can set your own wordcount goal below or above or right on the traditional 50,000. April was a bit hectic, so I wasn't able to participate. But Camp NaNo is happening in July, too! I'm signed up and aiming for a 30,000-word rough draft of my novel.
Please let me know if you decide to do Camp NaNo in July! We could buddy up on the forums to offer support, bounce ideas, and even do virtual write-ins or word wars. It's not too late. And flying by the seat of your pants is often the best way to do NaNo. ;)
