Yesterday, Darling Buds left a comment sweetly requesting a little recipe for the iced coffee I made while procrastinating my packing. I've done a lot of experimenting with iced coffee. I've tried to make my own coffee, put it in the fridge/freezer, and sweeten it up with creamers, milks, sugars, etc. No success. Then I tried Starbucks VIA packets, which are good but not that good. I wanted something sweet and creamy and delicious.
So when last at the grocery, I picked up something that has been taking the world by storm: International Delight's Iced Coffee in the vanilla flavor. This stuff is sinfully delicious. Amazing. In my glass I like: 3 ice cubes, 3/4 of the iced coffee, and a 1/4 splash of vanilla soy milk. (The soy milk tones it down just a little and makes it milkier and creamier... cuz this stuff is seriously sweet!)
So there ya have it! My little recipe for iced coffee! ;) Easy, fast, and delish. Perfect.
